Digital Marketer (Email & SMS) Full Time

We are looking for a full-time Digital Marketer (100% remote) who has extensive experience in email marketing, text messaging / SMS marketing, and CRM management.

You will be responsible for strategic planning and implementing integrated email and SMS marketing programs, outgoing campaigns, and action activation programs for our future / past clients and existing forwarding partners.

Role Responsibilities:
– Performs CRM marketing activities daily that include email and SMS campaign setup, editing, testing, tagging and the use of simultaneous, duplicate, activated and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
– List management and audience segregation
– Ensure that KPI’s communication is maintained against Open Open Rate bases, click-to-open rate, conversions, and deregulation for continuous testing and learning agenda
– Working with the Head of Growth and data statistics team, analyze channel and customer data to draw details and make recommendations for driving business results through a development campaign
– Work closely with CRM and email teams, marketing, and creative partners
– Manage, prioritize and submit interim marketing requests

Requirements:
– 5+ years experience with email / SMS marketing, digital marketing, or related fields
– Knowledge about creating and implementing email and SMS strategies for marketing campaigns and street maps
– Experience with CRM, email marketing software, list sorting, default, and drip campaign creation (i.e., Convertkit)
– Copywriting chops record emails, landing pages, registration forms, etc.
– BA / BS in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
– Work with home setup – computer, Internet, and workplace video conferencing
